WWe welcome Beth Harrop, a young vocalist who made a big impression on her club debut in a New Jazz Generation support spot earlier this year. Beth returns this evening as a headliner, teaming up with popular tenor saxophonist Stuart McDonald (not Dave Kemp as in our advertised programme).
Backing from the MG4 guarantees a swinging affair with a touch of Latin groove.
Their repertoire will include popular music that has been interpreted by jazz artistes and jazzy takes on familiar sings from the 60s onwards.
